What happens in Vegas doesn’t stay in Vegas anymore – at least not when it comes to the Vegas-style weddings officiated by Reverend Duane Williams through A Classic Wedding Legacy. After more than two decades of performing weddings in Nevada, this ordained Minister is now a Phoenix wedding Pastor and wedding planner bringing Vegas flair to themed Arizona weddings ranging from Western and Hawaiian, to Pirates and King Arthur’s Court.

“I performed weddings in every venue imaginable,” says Pastor Duane of his time in Vegas, including Red Rock National Park, the Grand Canyon, Harley Davidson Café, Madam Tussauds Wax Museum and “Star Trek” aboard the Enterprise. “I even performed the worlds’ first ‘Hot Tub’ wedding in a limousine which was featured in the National Enquirer.” Now this Arizona wedding Pastor is bringing the same sense of adventure and playfulness to the Phoenix wedding scene.

It’s here in Arizona that Pastor Duane opened A Classic Wedding Legacy, through which he offers themed wedding packages that include:

    * Traditional. Enter the bonds and unity of marriage in traditional tux and gown with “We are assembled here today in the presence of God and this company of witnesses now in attendance to celebrate the joining together of this man and this woman…”

    * Liturgical. In traditional tux and gown, have a Catholic, Orthodox or Historic Church wedding with “In the name of the Father, of the Son and of the Holy Ghost… Let us pray…”

    * Western. Kick up your boots in Western attire to “Yee Haw! We are gathered here today to join this Cowgirl and this Cowboy to be wedded partners as they mosey down the love trail of matrimony…”

    * Hawaiian. In leis, sarongs and Hawaiian shirts, say Aloha to your wedding day with “Now that we are one, clouds won’t hide the sun, as blue skies of Hawaii smile on this our wedding day…”

    * King Arthur’s Court. In capes and crowns, give yourself the royal treatment “All hail Milord and Milady! Your romance is true, and your love is legendary in this land of Camelot…”

    * Harley Davidson. Kick-start your Harley (and your heart) with “We are here today to gas you up, get your motors runnin’, and put you in high gear so you can ride off into the sunset together as husband and wife…”

    * Pirates. Walk the plank together into uncharted waters with “ARRGH!!!   Ahoy Mateys, all hands on deck to eye this Buccaneer take this Lass to plunge into wedded bliss! Shiver me timbers mates, thee shall be wed this wedding day or me name is not Captain John Bligh!

    * Halloween. Pick your own costume theme for the bridal party with customized marriage ceremony words and vows to match.

As for location of your themed Arizona wedding, that’s completely up to you, though as your ordained Minister and wedding planner Pastor Duane can certainly help. He offers up his own meticulously landscaped backyard setting for up to 40 people, or he’ll come to you and perform your Phoenix wedding in a chapel, resort, hotel, residence, boat, hot air balloon or wherever your creative inspiration tells you to go. And no matter where that might be, this unique Arizona wedding Pastor is sure to show up in officiating attire to match your theme.
